Do I need to have an account to place an order ?
No, you can shop as a guest or register with a password and login. When you register with a password you have access to previous orders, store or remove saved carts, check status of an order easily and several other options.
I am not sure if my order went through, how can I tell ?
You will receive an order confirmation number as well as a confirmation email and a credit card transaction receipt by email when you place an order.
I received a Confirmation Order but I would like to have an invoice as well, How do I get one ?
If you created an account you can log back in and select the "Printer friendly version" icon which will allow you to print an invoice. If you didn't create an account you can also use your Order Code Number and email address to access the order and print your invoice.
The Product Line Size list doesn't seem to be in order of case size?
The "View Product Line Size List" at the top of each product Brand Page arranges cases by internal volume as opposed to Product or catalogue number. We have also added a sort by name option that will arrange the list by model.
Can I prepay online and pick up my order ?
Yes, but we suggest you call first to ensure the item is in stock, we stock hundres of cases in various colors but may not always have a particular color or item on hand. You can order online and select prepaid pick up as a shipping option, (When asked for a shipping address select your billing address if you are in Ontario or "add new address" and enter Ontario if you are not an Ontario resident)print a receipt, then pick up your order during regular hours Mon-Fri. 8:00 AM : 4:00 PM.
What do I need for a custom case quote ?
The most important information is accurate dimensions and weight of the items you wish to package, pictures can also be helpful but please change the resolution setting on your camera to a low setting to avoid large files which are not really necessary. It is also helpful to know how you usually ship the items and the fragility.
What currency are transactions made in ?
All prices are in Canadian dollars, If you are from the United States or elsewhere the amount will be converted to your countries currency on your credit card statement. US customers can save a bundle due to our very low dollar.
